The Mountain as Chamber

At 1,200–2,565 m, the Thanon Thong Chai range produces a natural chamber: short, concrete-like early reflections from stone, long decays swallowed by cloud-bank absorption. Field recordings from GPm4S2MgApg carry wind through pine and distant bird — gain-staged low, panned wide, reverbed beyond four seconds with high-frequency damping true to mist.

The accompanying score mirrors this: sustained 40–110 Hz sub, translucent 2–12 kHz chimes, downtempo 70–85 BPM cadence synchronized to footfall on damp stone and root.
